You are responsible for the accuracy of metadata you submit, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for ensuring that your uploaded media does not infringe on third-party rights. ArchivoRetro reserves the right to suspend accounts that repeatedly submit inaccurate or unauthorized content.

ArchivoRetro is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free metadata extraction, or the preservation of original audio quality after digitization. In no event shall ArchivoRetro be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the platform and delete any downloaded metadata exports.
